Kemo'o Pub

Description:

• Properly pronounced "kay-moe-o" in Hawaiian, "Kemo'o" means lizard or reptile. Kemoo Pub's history dates back to 1909 and after some recent renovations, is currently the premier live music venue in Central Oahu. The expanded main room, newly built stage and sound system, and the 'Kemoo Girls' makes this a popular destination for the many soldiers stationed across the street at Schofield barracks. A karaoke system and jukebox provides the entertainment on the weekdays and live bands perform Thursday–Saturday. In addition, pool tables, electronic darts, a large bar, inside and outside seating, and a small menu of snack foods makes Kemoo Pub a one stop spot for good times and good music. --Rex Davidson
