• Although the Paradigm Winery turns out just 5,000 cases of wine a year, you can expect the best - the grapes are grown on 52 acres of vineyards, and the varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Franc mature for a minimum of 20 months in French Oak barrels before being sold. For 28 years now, this winery located in the heart of Napa Valley, has been turning out fine wines, and it also supplies fruits to other wineries in the area. All visitors must make an appointment.
