Description:
- This regional Park, once part of Mission San Luis Rey, covers 579 acres, including a 25-acre lake. The lake does not have a launch ramp, but is ideal for children to attempt their first shore fishing endeavor. In addition to the lake, this park also features a large children's play area as well as various hiking trails. Early morning runners, who jog through the trails accompanied by pets, frequent the park. It's the perfect place for a family day outing. Best of all, the park (including lake use) is free of charge.
