• Patti Schmidt—The Dessert Lady, invented her maiden Carrot Cake recipe, which was first served in a restaurant in Orlando. After that there was no looking back. Patti catered to dessert orders and was soon famous for the ambrosial creations. Harnessing her culinary expertise, she has come a long way and now owns this elegant little cafe in southwest Orlando. Her very first Carrot Cake of course tops the menu and is followed by chocolate, caramel and cheesecake varieties. Indulge sinfully in the 6 Layer Chocolate Cake with a triple chocolate mousse filling! Homemade breads, puddings and fine wines are also on offer.
