The interior of the bar is bold, draped with grand fabrics, splashes of color and textures all inspired by Spanish and Mediterranean style. The menu is filled with specialty drinks and delicious tapas-style appetizers such as the chorizo flat bread and the seafood cappuccino. Opt for the 3-Legged Alligator shooter (Van Gogh Coconut Vodka, melon liqueur and pineapple juice layered between Chambord Liqueur and Jagermeister) or the Earth, Wind & Fire Mojito (Don Q Limon Rum, mint leaves, fresh limes, watermelon lemon grass syrup and a splash of soda water).
