- Restaurants near International Drive are hugely popular with tourists. So make reservations when possible, or be prepared to wait it out. For the most part, it is worth the wait, however. International Drive is lined with superb eateries for miles. With that said, traffic can be a hassle. If your hotel room is close, then hoof it over instead. Cafe Tu Tu Tango tops my list for many reasons: it's decorated to look like a Spanish artist's loft (and there are several artists who paint right there in front of you), you can share tapas with everyone at your table and, last but not least, you are just as likely to see an opera singer as you are to see a tango dancer perform while you dine. Bahama Breeze is equally entertaining. The focus, of course, is on Caribbean cuisine. With a live reggae band and a tropical drink or two, you'll be in the island state of mind in no time.
