The Perri House grounds will embrace you to become a part of something special and unique. Located in the upscale Windermere/Lake Buena Vista area, we are within minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios with minimal traffic AND NO HIGHWAYS NECCESSARY! We are also within minutes of Orlando's finest golf courses. PerriHouse is on 2 acres of voluntary bird sanctuary and is surrounded by another 15 acres of grassy fields, pine, oak and fruit trees. If the local 2 acres and surrounding fields are not enough for your birding or nature apetites then just scoot LESS THAN 1 mile north of our driveway and you are at the Tibet Butler Preserve! IT IS EASY TO FORGET WHERE YOU ARE WHEN ON PROPERTY, BUT YOU WILL BE EASILY REMINDED EVERY NIGHT AT 9PM SHARP WHEN THE NIGHTLY DISNEY FIREWORK DISPLAY IS CLEARLY VISIBLE AND ENTERTAINING FROM THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY!
