We spent a day in the Everglades and watched nature and lots of alligators. A great time. You might go on a boat ride. We did not have time to do so, but I certainly want to go back...

Food was good, service was excellent. I hate the Gator soup, nothing to rave about. The Steak Mignon was good but not amazing. Dessert was ok.
