Description:
- Weekends are packed at Ming's Bistro owing to the Dim Sum loaded carts that wind there way through tables in the expansive dining room. Chinese watercolor prints and faux-crystal chandeliers add to an authenticity that absolutely makes it way into the kitchen. You won't find any Americanized Chinese cuisine here; rather, diners scarf down the genuine article in the form of shrimp, pork, and turnip dumplings and steamed beef ball. Lots of non-Dim Sum items are available too such as the house special, spicy beef hot pan served in a small steel wok and kept simmering by a burner underneath.
