Chef Norman Van Aken has created a culinary masterpiece with his fusion of Latin, Caribbean and Asian recipes paired with traditional European technique. Norman's has a quaint and elegant dining room featuring large windows and an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the lake, pristine golf course and gardens. A few of the favorite tapas include a soy marinated beef tataki with warm ponzu and pickled daikon, the 13 hour roasted pork sandwich drizzled with vanilla-guava BBQ sauce and the Key West shrimp ceviche. Grab the Brazilian styled creamy cracked conch chowder or the My "Down Island French Toast" as a first plate. As your entree choose from their outstanding pan cooked filet of Key West yellowtail with asparagus spears in a citrus butter sauce and garlic mashed potatoes, homestead boniato gnocchi with braised fennel, baby carrots and corn-fennel cream or the pork tenderloin "Havana" with plantain crema, mole, black bean-sweet corn salsa and golden grits.
