The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is known for its serene retreat ambiance for families and business travelers alike and the Palm Cafe is no exception. Stay cool by sitting indoors but keep the tropical view the with floor-to-ceiling windows or lounge on the relaxing outdoor patio. The lunch and dinner menu offer a variety of the traditional cafe favorites including salads, sandwiches and hot entrees.
