- Waldo Wright's Flying Service is located a short distance southwest of Orlando in nearby Polk City. Choose from a nice selection of vintage biplane experiences such as a 1930s barnstorming ride in a New Standard D-25, or a 1940s World War II Adventure that puts you behind the controls of a Boeing Stearman PT-17/N2S3. The first package can accompany up to four passengers in the spacious open-front cockpit area and includes about 15 minutes of flight time. The second package includes complete training for a 30-minute journey that includes numerous maneuvers and tricks. Waldo Wright's Flying Service provides adventures in the sky. The business is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays from June through August, and is closed all of September-Diane Dilov-Schultheis
