My favorite brunch is at OLV downtown. They serve unlimited champagne with a brunch buffet for only $20, and there is scenic outdoor seating.
If you want something a bit more fancy, the Marriott World Center has an amazing buffet, with fresh made Belgian Waffles a Sour Cream Pancakes.
