Day Note:
Disney have several parks you can cover in 3 days; one Day 1 go to Magic Kingdom; Day 2, EPCOT; Day 3, Animal Kingdom. Enjoy each one, as they all have different rides and attractions that you and your kids will love. Victoria and Albert's, for instance, is fantastic for fish and chips, and has as good a British beer selection as you'll find in the area. Whatever you do, do not miss Cirque du Soleil.

Hemingway's, located at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, offers delectable seafood in an authentic Key West setting. Paying homage to one of Key West's most famous residents, Hemingway's displays some of his favorite photos and fishing trophies around the dining room giving personal touch. And even offers a signature drink, "Papa Doble", rumored to be one of Hemingway's favorites. A few of the best appetizers include the crispy fried green tomato crab stack with chipotle, lime and avocado, the barbecue scallops with toasted pine nuts and smoked bacon escabeche, and the cornmeal crusted oysters covered in chimichurri, Maytag Blue cheese and crisp bacon bits. Grab the fresh grilled swordfish with haricot vert, brown butter nage and a side of roasted fingerling potatoes or nibble on the Alaskan King Crab legs with clarified lemon herb butter.
