Nature & Wildlife in Oslo

Oslovians get out in nature whenever possible. Many have cabins in the forest, mountains or along the fjord and come Friday noon, the roads are full or people eager to get to their cabins. Nature is so close to the city, people often spot deer having a go at the raspberries in their gardens. Foxes and moose are a bit more elusive, but with patience, you'll probably spot one or the other. There's plenty of fish in forest lakes and rivers and in the fjord.
