Description:
Even though it's a bit out of the city center, Victor is very popular among locals as it's one of just a few restaurants serving creative, mouth-watering gourmet food at very reasonable prices. Large windows and interesting works of art line the walls and the mood is easy. The Bistro & Cafe at Victor is open everyday from 1130 am - midnight and serves an excellent 3-course daily lunch menu.
