- Spikersuppa kunstisbane is a popular open-air ice skating rink by Oslo's main street Karl Johan, where you can skate whilst admiring the cityscape. The National Theatre is right across the street and Parliament is a few meters up the hill. Spikersuppa kunstisbane is particularly busy on weekends. In the evenings, it's enticingly floodlit and classical music emanates from amplifiers. Open daily 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. December - March; entrance free. Skate rental: NOK 45/30 for adults/children.
