Just a 20-minute walk from the main downtown hustle and bustle, the hotel is housed in a 150-year old colonial hacienda in the green mountain foothills above Otavalo. Rooms are decorated with Andean crafts, and most feature working fireplaces stoked with roaring eucalyptus logs each night. The hotel offers outdoor dining on its pretty veranda.
