Directly opposite the Canadian Museum of Civilization, this shiny recent entry in the area's growing midpriced chain matches the offerings of many of its pricier competitors. While intended primarily to serve business travelers, families should be content here, if not thrilled. I will give management a gold star for restoring the rectory of the adjacent 19th-century Notre-Dame Church, now serving as an annex to the hotel.
