Description:
Reminding many guests of a luxury cruise ship, the high-rise Minto Place stacks more than 400 studio and one- and two-bedroom suites above a ground-floor shopping arcade. The upper-floor units have sweeping views, and all rooms have sofa beds and either kitchenettes or full kitchens; some even come with washers and dryers. Spacious living rooms are fully furnished with desks, two-line phones, and dining tables, and the hotel describes the suites' bathrooms as "spa-like." These great rooms cost no more than those in the many chain business hotels across the city; as a result, this is the best suite deal in town for your money. There's both a steakhouse and a casual Italian restaurant with a lounge on-site, as well.
