Fratelli seems to have some fanatical fans for whatever reason. It is decent enough but it doesn't really go above and beyond and in an area like Westboro with lots of new restaurants...

We had some difficulty finding a good restaurant recommendation while visiting in Ottawa, and we just found Fratelli. Wonderful lunch, great service. The food was fresh and well prepared....
