That is not to say that the chain restaurants fall behind in food quality, it is just that they are more predictable and have less character. Pizza Express in particular is well-known for its sourcing of high quality ingredients and for producing consistently good food. Fasta Pasta in the Covered Market is a great shop for buying fresh pasta, sauces, juicy antipasti and many other Italian delights.
