- Friends is, quite literally, a very friendly restaurant. The service is polite and helpful, and the Chinese food is good and cheap - just what you want when the craving hits. The decor is fairly plain - just big tables in a simple setting - but it's the atmosphere that really makes the place and it's better than any design concept. Views onto the street give the restaurant a fast-paced, urban feel. The food is wide-ranging and tasty: the duck in particular seems to inspire the cook, and the prawns can also be a good bet on a hungry stomach. In fact, whatever you go for will be excellent. A takeaway option is available.
