Hi
Assuming that you are arriving by car what you do is drive to Oxford from any direction. When you reach Oxford you will see signs to Park and Ride. These are free car parks from which there are regular buses into the city centre. I cant remember if the busses are free. Do NOT try to drive into Oxford. The chances of finding a paking space are similar to winning a lottery.
