• Echo is a Asian specialty cuisine restaurant in The Breakers Palm Beach with dishes from China, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand. The menu is interestingly divided into 'Land' featuring beef, chicken, lamb and vegetables, 'Water' with seafood and beverages, 'Fire' for dishes prepared on a wok and 'Wind' with Sushi and Sashimi (not because these fishes are air-borne rather they are small plate to get you going on your meal). Agreed, the link is a little weak but thats how far fantasy takes but to be sure the food is excellent. The restaurant believes in maintaining a balance between yin and yang or tranquility and energy. Hopefully your meal won't throw the universe out of whack!
