• As the name suggests, Capri Blu is a restaurant featuring traditional cuisine from the island. In fact, Chef Roberto Brunois from Capri. He dubs his linguini with shrimp, roasted peppers and mushrooms, flavored with a light tomato sauce as his specialty, but returns to his homeland frequently to learn to prepare new dishes, a practice reflected on the ever-changing menu. The casual but upscale Mediterranean atmosphere makes this a good spot for romantic dining. During the winter months, Capri Blu hosts an Opera night on select Monday evenings (call for details).
