Day 3 - Palm Springs, Palm Desert

Probably a good idea to start early today because it is much easier to find parking in the morning, so just grab a continental breakfast or stop by the market and grab some donuts so you can be on your way. First stop, the Palm Springs Walk of Stars, see if you know who half of these individuals are, and then pick a few you do not know and look them up later, its always fun to learn new things. Once you have seen the stars it is time to shop like one, even if you do not want to spend the money there is still much beauty to see in the El Paseo Hopping Avenue as it is lined with contemporary art. Depending on your mood there are two choices for lunch Riccio's Italian or Delhi Palace and their delectable Indian food. If you have not tried Indian food, it is good, promise. After lunch head over the eclectic Ideal World to peruse their array of cool items that are a must have, but even if you do not want to spend money enjoy all the neat gadgets. Taipei Chinese Cuisine will definitely feel right to your taste buds as well as your bank account with its low priced and authentic entrees. Palm Springs is practically giving away great times, especially The Blue Guitar which offers free jazz concerts on Sunday as well as a great bar atmosphere.
