- The Mediterranean style of this hotel, when combined with the winter climate, helps visitors believe they've wandered off to Spain or Italy by a lucky mistake. There is an on-site lounge, La Cantina, and a luncheon-only restaurant, La Terrazza, as well as a poolside bar. Feeling indulgent? Book one of the extra-large suites with a built-in private spa. The establishment also offers wheelchair-accessible rooms, wheelchair-friendly outdoor lounging areas and "all in one" kits for the hearing impaired. AAA has awarded Las Brisas Three Diamonds.
