Serving fusion food from strains of Pacific Rim and French cuisine, it has a fabulous outdoor seating area consisting of two patios that are exceptionally pretty. The indoor interiors are slightly more sophisticated with a piano in one corner. Spencer's is open for breakfast as well as for Sunday brunch.
