- Yucaipa Regional Park features three lakes stocked with trout, bass and catfish for year-round fishing. (Trout season runs from November to April; catfish season runs from May to September.) A unique swim complex features a one-acre swim lagoon and two waterslides, a 285-foot fully enclosed waterslide and a 335-foot waterslide. White sandy beaches frame the water's edge for sunbathers while a plaza area is just a few steps away where food service, restrooms, pedal boat and aqua cycle rentals are available. Picnic sites rise above the lakes -- complete with shade structures, tables and barbecues. Sites are available for both individuals and groups. Camping areas are available for RV and tent campers and are equipped with restrooms and hot shower facilities.
Discover the Meadows Trail / Zanja Peak Trail in Yucaipa Regional Park. The natural surfaced path is 4.3 miles long and 2-5' in width. The loop trail is open to a variety of users who wish to trek from the park to the peak.
