• Chula's by Rita is a small Mexican restaurant and is located on 15th street in Panama City. The restaurant's menu has Caribbean influences and offers dishes that lend themselves more to Puerto Rican style cooking than traditional Mexican.
  
  Chula's is extremely affordable and the food is great. This makes Chula's stand out in a town that surprisingly has a large selection of Mexican restaurants. The restaurant has an extensive beer menu and offers Mexican favorites like Sangria and Margaritas.
  
  The restaurant is open seven days a week and offers plenty of parking in the rear of the building.
