Despite Sushi Itto's being a chain franchise from Mexico, this is the best sushi spot in the city, and their ingredients are always fresh and high-quality. The restaurant is modern though not as flashy as the Decapolis's sushi bar; but Sushi Itto is cheaper, there's more variety, and they deliver. There are dozens of fanciful rolls, with sweet and spicy sauces, that go far beyond the classic California roll and fresh sashimi. They also serve teppanyaki, udon, and yakisoba noodles with meat and shellfish.
