• Bambusillo is the only veggie snack bar in El Valle de Antón; fresh juices, smoothies, soups, the only salad bar in town on the weekends, an excellent veggie burger and much more... All, seasonal products, organic and 100% natural. enjoy your meal at the patio, with a great view to the Gaital Hill National Monument. Also enjoy the art exhibit at their gallery, mostly local artist and from the surrounding areas. Hand made jewelry, stained glass, paper, sculptures, natural products and clothing are some of the items you can find there. Their staff also gives local tours with transportation included and give information in general. Also, WIFI internet available, book exchange, good music, a great staff to spend time and learn a little more about this community, that lives inside the crater of an sleeping volcano.
