• There is a little place in Colon City, it is located at 2nd Street Central Ave. and it has the most delicious "fritura" you will ever eat. It is made on your request, i.e. you ask for it and they prepare it at the same time, so you will eat your frituras hot and crispy... You can find there hojaldras or locally callled "harina" it is made of dough, tortillas (not Mexican ones, but Panamanian, are very different from the Mexican tortilla), carimañola (made of yuca and beef) and many others... When you taste them you will want to come back again to buy more...
