Description:
This is a charming venue for light opera, on a smaller scale than Paris's major opera houses. Built in the late 1890s in an ornate style that might remind you of the Opéra Garnier, it's the site of small productions of operas such as Carmen, Don Giovanni, Tosca, and Palleas & Melisande. There are no performances from mid-July to late August. The box office, however, is open year-round Monday 9am to 2pm and 3:15 to 6pm; Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 9pm; Sunday 11am to 3pm and 4:15 to 7pm.
