  This classy three-star hotel could hardly be nearer the Tuileries and the Louvre, making it a good location for first-timers in Paris. Its 32 rooms are decorated in the traditional style with toile de Jouy wallpaper and beds are made up with sheets and blankets, another traditional French touch. However, they are modern enough to have airconditioning, lifts, minibars, safes, TVs and hairdryers, though there is a charge to use internet and wifi. As well as a bar, two lounges and a breakfast room, the hotel has an inner courtyard where the buffet breakfast is served in fine weather. Room service is available. Families can take advantage of one of the three suites overlooking the inner courtyard. Each of these sleeps up to four people and has a lounge, a double bedroom and a separate ensuite single room. Families of three can have an extra bed in a double superior room for an extra charge.
