- A popular wine bar among the locals Le Baratin is the place to be if you like wines. The decor here is minimalistic and functional with just a few paintings on the wall with glasses and wine bottles neatly stacked. There are about fifteen different varieties of wine to chose from. The food menu is quite limited but the Salmon Tartare and the Tuna on a bed of Ratatouille are quite delectable. Complement these with a suitable wine for a fabulous meal.

We have enjoyed lunch at Le Baratin on the edges of the 19th and 20th arrondissements twice. The lunch menu at 18 euros for 3 courses can't be beat ~ Argentinian chef Raquel Carera...
