- Le Restaurant Kaspia is a 75-year-old restaurant that overlooks the Madeleine church. The decor, made up of antique furniture, porcelains and objets d'art, is quite inviting. Once you are in, the sumptuous menu does not let you leave - Smoked Salmon, hundred different Vodkas and of course, the top-notch Russian Caviar. It is also the meeting place of Paris' fashion designers, writers, businessmen and artists.

This is one of life's more wonderful experiences. Their smoked salmon blini is simply the very best. Well worth a trip from London. Some frozen vodka and the atmosphere makes it perfect....
