At this modern yet traditionally styled hammam in the north-east of Paris the basic package includes entry to the steam room and sauna and swimming pool, with towels, robe and slippers. It's women-only apart from Saturdays, which are mixed. Bring your own swimsuit. The hammam's massages offer a choice of oils such as sweet almond or argan oil, while body scrubs can be with Dead Sea salt as well as the traditional black soap. Wraps include seaweed and rassoul mineral wraps. Perhaps the most unusual package of treatments here is the Forfait Floral, in which the treatments include a body scrub with sesame seeds, a wrap with argan oil and fresh rose petals, a body massage and a steam with essential orange flower oils. The hammam also offers a range of different facials and slimming anti-cellulite wraps. Naturally, the restaurant offers minceur (slimming) salads as well as north African dishes and pastries.- © NileGuide2012
