Open daily for women only, except on Thursdays when the steam rooms are mixed and both men and women are admitted (swimsuits must be worn), this large hammam offers a wide range of services. Its two steam rooms are modern yet characterful with oriental tiling and accessories. There are massage cubicles, a room where clients can rest after their treatments and a tea room serving mint tea and oriental pastries. Qualified beauty therapists offer massages with essential oils, such as jasmine, and traditional body scrubs as well as the more high-tech spa jet treatment, where the client lies on a vibrating bed and treated by a combination of water jets, infra red rays, essential oils and steam. The hammam has its own separate hairdressing salon which offers hair cutting, colour, blow-drys and styling for weddings and special occasions. It is easy to reach from Stalingrad and Jaurés métros, both of which are nearby.
