Looking for a hotel/hostel/studio in Paris, 12 days, Oct 19th - Oct 31st, 800-900€ total

Me and my wife will be arriving to Paris on Oct 19th and are staying for 12 days. We are trying to find a place to stay but all the hotels we found so far have bugs or comunal showers or are outside of Paris. Here is what we are looking for: - safe area - the place doesn't need to be fancy but it has to be clean, and to have an ensuite bathroom - inside Boulevard Périphérique - relatively close to a metro station Any recommendation is much appreciated.
