Has he walked through the catacombs (www.nileguide.com/destination/paris/things-to-do/les-catacombes/432871) where the bones of French revolutionaries are stacked? Or gone down into the sewers – the entrance to “les Egouts” (www.nileguide.com/destination/paris/things-to-do/musee-des-egouts-de-paris/570921 ) is not far from the Eiffel Tower. If he just needs to let off steam, there are lots of skate parks or he could join one of the very well organised Sunday afternoon rollerskate rallies (www.rollers-coquillages.org). The Friday-night ones are for experts only.
