Description:

The Eccles Center is run by the Park City Performing Arts Foundation. This organization began in the 1990s, when a group of Park City residents and art lovers began collectively desiring a top-notch, local theater and performing arts scene. They wanted to be able to experience metropolitan-quality shows in their home town.

Together with the Park City School District, and after massive fund-raising efforts, they were able to realize the 1,200-seat George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Center. In 1998, Bill Crosby broke in the stage, and the center has seen sensational acts and sold-out audiences ever since.

Today the Eccles Center imports live music, theater, dance, and comedy from around the nation and world, bringing to Utah some of the best performances and greatest celebrities of our time. From Warren Miller ski films, to Rosanne Cash, ballet performances, and Jewel this center has seen it all.

If you like outdoor concerts, the Eccles Center also puts on seasonal shows at Deer Valley.
