Description:

• During ski season, Deer Valley turns its Empire Lodge into one of the most romantic and cozy dining rooms in all of Utah. Serving four-course meals from five stone fireplaces, Deer Valley puts forth soul-warming food in the rich tradition of the European Alps. Each of the fireplaces offers its own bounty, and items include stews of venison, veal, or beef short ribs, fire-roasted leg of lamb, and warm Swiss raclette cheese with new potatoes.
  
  The meal has a fixed price for adults and children. A full bar is available as well, but alcohol is not included in the meal price.
