    Description:

    • Those who are familiar with Deer Valley's Goldener Hirsch Restaurant will be familiar with the work of Jean Louis Monecot. After leading that fine Alpine European eatery, Monecot decided to start his own restaurant in 2006 in downtown Park City. Whereas many European restaurants in Park City - particularly the French ones - have chosen to offer traditional cuisines and décor, Jean-Louis has really mixed it up in both venues. The restaurant itself has a contemporary dining room centered around an amber onyx bar, and the menu - though it can safely be categorized as fine dining - also contains edgy items like cheeseburgers... alongside grilled sirloin steak and shrimp provenhçale.
