But you'd better believe it; Wasatch Bagel Cafe actually boils and bakes its bagels, rendering it one of the only true New York-style bagel makers in the entire state of Utah.
  
  Wasatch Bagel Cafe serves these delicious items with cream cheese and other smears, as well as to go. They also use them to craft delicious, filling sandwiches. And amazingly, bagel-related items occupy but a fraction of the menu - which also contains breakfast and lunch burritos, quesadillas, and other baked goods.
  
  Naturally, this cafe also serves a complete selection of espresso and coffee drinks, as well as juice, smoothies, tea, fountain drinks, and sports drinks.
