    Description:

    • Robert Redford has his hands all over Utah-- and luckily for Utah, his hands are creative, skillful, and eco-friendly. Creator of the Sundance Film Festival and Sundance Resort, Redford has chosen to tastefully decorate the dining room in similar style of elegant woodwork and copper, topping it all off with photographs of big screen stars. Located in an historic depot, Zoom now serves diverse cuisine, allowing each of the kitchen to showcase a little of their own background. With a menu that changes to include the season and region's best fare, few items stay the same -but the quality and originality do.

      Winner of Utah's Best of State in 2008 and 2010.
