• Open in both winter and summer, the Alpine Slide at Park City Mountain Resort provides yet another option for outdoor recreation. Riding a toboggan-style sled, you'll meander down either of two bobsled-looking tracks, nearly a mile long, meander down the mountainside. Don't worry; all sleds have hand breaks, and the tracks' corners have all been safely banked to accommodate those who prefer more speed.
  
  To ride the slide, purchase pay the fare at the ticket booth, hop on the Pay Day Lift, and follow signs to the top of the slide, just a few minutes' walk downhill.
