the govt of penang has a free rapidpenang CAT bus which encircles all the areas mentioned. just hop on any CAT bus from Komtar or Weld Quay n the drivers will be more than happy to answer your queries n drop u off at these places. do not use taxis unless absolutely needed, as taxis in penang r notorious for overcharging n taking tourists in a roundabout manner.
