There are twenty-eight luxury condominium units located on the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the beach and pier that overlook the calm blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. - 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beach condo Each unit at Soundside Holiday Beach Resort offers a spectacular view of the Sound and features a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances which include a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and a washer and dryer. All of our units have a screened in balcony that over looks the water. Unit bedding includes one king bed, two twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa. Max guests- 6. There is a 35.00 USD cleaning fee.
